Betway will always do our best to resolve your query quickly and professionally. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, we encourage you to reach out to us via Live Chat or Email. 

However, should you feel that your query was not dealt with satisfactorily, we have a formal 3 Stage Complaint process that ensures your concerns are addressed thoroughly and endeavors to ensure a resolution is reached.

If you still feel unsatisfied with the outcome, once you have completed the 3 Stage Complaint process, you can direct your complaint to the Division of Gaming Enforcement by completing a Patron Complaint Form available here and emailing it to info@njdge.org.
