Identity verification documents are requested in order to
enhance the security of your account and to comply with the terms of our Know
Your Customer protocol. Players must be ages 21 and older, thus anyone under
that legal age will automatically fail the registration process.
If you have provided a valid SSN and related personal info,
then we are able to automatically verify your age and ID. However, in the event
that your details cannot be verified automatically, your account will be
unverified and no gaming activity is possible until you are successfully
verified.
Our operations team may request documents related to your
proof of address or financial instruments. The best way to send your documents
is via the document uploader. You will be able to do this yourself within the Betway
